Thanks to your incredible generosity and belief in this project, we are excited to share an update on the future home of our expanded public Spay and Neuter Clinic.
Construction is officially underway. Interior demolition began in January and continues to progress smoothly. Each week brings visible changes, and we are thrilled to see this vision becoming a reality. We currently anticipate moving into the new facility by the end of October, with full operations expected by the end of the year.
This expansion will allow us to provide so much more to our community than spay and neuter services alone. The new space will increase access to affordable veterinary care and help us serve more animals and the people who love them throughout our region. The building will also house the Judith A. Posey Pet Panty for the anyone who needs temporary pet food assistance, as well as a private euthanasia suite thoughtfully designed to provide end-of-life services in a serene, respectful, and compassionate environment that prioritizes the comfort of both pets and their families. None of this would be possible without your support.
For those who have secured a naming opportunity, our team will be reaching out in the coming weeks with additional information and next steps. A limited number of naming opportunities are still available for those interested in leaving a lasting impact on this project.
